Dr. Dowd has been a physical therapist for 19 years, recently completing his t-DPT from the University of St. Augustine with a capstone project integrating SCS and manual therapy techniques. He has utilized SCS techniques since 1991 and is a certified instructor with the Jones Institute since 1997. He specializes in integrating a neurologically biased approach to orthopedic problems.
