10 Tips for Staying Well Amid Coronavirus Outbreak

The Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) continues to make headlines across the globe, with news outlets reporting to-the-minute updates as the virus spreads.   1. Wash your hands frequently with soap and water or alcohol-based hand rub.

  2. Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces at home, work, or school, especially when someone is ill.

  3. Get plenty of sleep, be physically active, manage your stress, drink plenty of fluids and eat nutritious foods.
